Cosmos ships portable wellness essentials to supported regions shown at checkout. Available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launch periods, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take longer.

If we need additional information to complete your order, we may contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. As a general guide, orders may take 7 to 20 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, and local delivery conditions can affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped. Tracking can take several days to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
