At Cosmos, we want every order to feel clear, fair, and low-friction. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible at cosmosindustriesworld@gmail.com and include your order number, the email used at checkout, and photos or video if the item arrived damaged or defective.

14-Day Return Window

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, complete, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. We may refuse returns for items that are damaged, incomplete, heavily used, or returned without first contacting us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of products that have been used with food, drinks, supplements, or personal-care contents unless they are defective or required by law.

Gift cards, downloadable products, final-sale items, and items not purchased directly from Cosmos are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, because we cannot refund items that do not arrive back to the return destination.

Do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the order issue was caused by an error on our side.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product or color is to return the original item after approval and place a new order once the return is accepted.
